Panos is a certified Sommelier by the Court of Master Sommelier (London).

He judges in wine competitions and he teaches wine service at hotels and restaurants in Greece.

Panos is the owner of "Sarris Vineyards".

His mother Angela is the chef of the taverna.

Together they wrote the cook book "Tastes of Kefalonia".
